- Sessions start filling up quickly, so be sure to select your sessions right away.
- Mix up the type of education sessions you choose, have a good mix of lectures and workouts.
- Expand your network at FitCon MNL, talk to people.
- Take lots of notes, so bring a pen and a notebook.
- Bring a workout towel, change of clothes, and a jacket to stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Give yourself time! Allow at least 45 minutes to check in at Registration before your first class.
